Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary basis. Duties Include:
Responsibilities
Monitor the AP inbox daily and move incoming invoices to the Concur system for processing
Enter and route invoices in Concur to the appropriate approvers, ensuring timely review and approval
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status, payment timelines, and general AP questions
Request and verify vendor bank details for Concur setup, ensuring compliance with internal controls and fraud prevention protocols
Answer internal and external questions related to payment status and resolve discrepancies as needed
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Experience with Concur or similar expense/invoice management systems is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
