Punch Press Operator

Summary: We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented individual to operate punch press machines in a manufacturing environment. This is an entry‑level role, and training will be provided. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning new skills, and being part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

Operate punch press machines according to safety and production guidelines

Load and unload materials from the machine

Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and quality standards

Follow work orders, diagrams, and basic instructions

Complete production records and maintain a clean work area

Assist with basic machine setup and adjustments (with training)

Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

6 months machine operating experience required; manufacturing experience is a plus

Ability to read basic measurements and follow written instructions

Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30–50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
