Job Description Johnson Brothers of Hawaii has been operating for the past 34 years on the island, providing quality products and services. We are seeking a top‑notch professional with industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization abilities.
Job Duties
Complete forklift certification program.
Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations.
Replenish locations for selection.
Utilize Warehouse Management System bar‑code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product.
Order selection and cleanup activities as directed.
Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
Loading and unloading of product in an efficient and safe manner.
Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping.
Review orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma.
2+ years of experience.
Ability to lift up to 50‑pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
Ability to work independently, be self‑managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
Pay/Benefits Pay range: $21.00–$22.00 per hour. Eligibility for comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with employer match, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off, and paid parental leave.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full‑Time or Part‑Time).
