What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Answer inbound customer service calls and make outbound follow-up calls in a professional and timely manner

Identify the reason for calls and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring first call resolution

Facilitate issue resolution by referring matters to content experts or escalating to supervisors as needed

Maintain control of calls by de-escalating issues and providing reassurance to customers

Perform additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):

High school education or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment

Knowledge of hospital patient account billing and third-party reimbursements is a plus

Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with a professional tone and clear articulation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a healthcare‑related customer service role

Familiarity with managed healthcare contracts and reimbursement processes

Strong ability to handle stressful situations and difficult personalities with professionalism

Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to customer service
