Act as a liaison between the employer, the customer base, and patients Resolve routine customer requests and inquiries via inbound and outbound calls or email Provide additional customer education and information as needed Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner Perform administrative support for medical record management and ensure HIPAA compliance Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Previous experience in a customer service role Experience working in a contact center or call center environment is preferred Intermediate to advanced computer skills required, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening abilities Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is highly preferred Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Equal Opportunity Statement
