Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position is based in Moorpark, CA. The LVN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient health conditions, and providing compassionate care to individuals battling substance use disorders and co‑occurring mental health conditions. Additional duties include documentation, supporting treatment plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Possess an active and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of California

Strong clinical nursing skills, including medication administration and symptoms monitoring

Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with compliance standards

Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care for individuals with substance use and mental health challenges

Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Previous experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or a similar healthcare setting is highly desirable

Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
