You’ll work directly with individuals in need of assistance, including those with intellectual or developmental disabilities and other complex medical needs.

Job Description A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual and developmental, and physical disabilities. The goal is to empower them to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining dignity and respect.
Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served
Assist with daily living tasks such as moving, bed entry/exit, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry
Qualifications
Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping others
Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player
Observant, detail‑oriented, and motivated by growth
Comfortable using technology for documentation
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license (required for transporting persons served)
Successful background clearance required during onboarding
Good communication skills for documentation, support plan follow‑up, and collaboration with team members
We provide the necessary paid training and hands‑on experience for those who are committed and want to grow.
