Role Overview You will provide emergency support for children and families during after‑hour crisis situations. You may transport a child to a foster home, assist in a medical emergency, or provide support at hospitals or office locations. The position offers flexibility with shift scheduling, up to 30 hours per week, starting at 5 p.m.
Responsibilities
Assist children and families during after‑hour crisis scenarios
Transport children to foster homes or hospitals as needed
Maintain a maximum of 30 work hours per week with flexible scheduling
Provide on‑site support at hospital facilities or company offices
Use provided company car, cell phone, and computer for job duties
Collaborate effectively with team members and other agencies
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience serving children and families preferred
Compassionate, eager to learn, and strong communication skills
Desire to help children build coping skills and advocate for them
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing shift demands
Compensation & Benefits Average hourly rate
$14.00
(wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential included).
Shifts available Friday‑Sunday. Flexible scheduling; you can choose the days that best fit your life.
Part‑time employment with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
