Average hourly rate is $14.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
This position is an on-call position.
Shifts available: Monday - Thursday.
Maximum of 30 hours a week.
Shift starts at 5pm, schedule flexible.
May be asked to work with a child in hospital or any of our offices.
Company car, cell phone and computer provided.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families preferred. We will teach you the rest.
A Day in The Life as a Crisis Support Worker
As a Crisis Support Worker, you will assist with children after hours. These situations may include transporting a child to their new foster home or helping a child in moderate crisis. What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, eager to learn, and wants to help children in times of crisis. Can communicate clearly and effectively. Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy coping skills and advocate for children. Great for those looking for a part-time job and wanting experience in child welfare field.
