Job Overview
Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy before pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Pay & Compensation Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $29.00/hr. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Responsibilities
Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.
Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for pick-up.
Ensure order accuracy and make product substitutions as needed.
Consult with customers to resolve order issues and ensure satisfaction.
Employment Type & Scheduling Full-time. Available shifts: mid-shift and closing.
