Broiling, grilling, pasta dishes, scratch cooking, breakfast and brunch items.
Plate presentation, knife skills, sautéing, portion control, sauce making, seafood preparation.
À la carte cooking and ensuring food quality for our customers.

Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, ability to work well under pressure.
