Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Pomodoros Ristorante standards
Assist with menu planning and development
Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
Manage kitchen operations and maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Required Skills
Experience in pasta, broiling, scratch cooking, and kitchen management
Strong knowledge of food cost management, plate presentation, and portion control
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, a‑la‑carte kitchen environment
Experience in sauce making, pastry making, seafood, sautéing, and baked goods
Knowledge of special diets, dietary restrictions, dessert making, and batch cooking
Soup Making
Grilling
Nice to Have Skills

Salary and Benefits Minimum Salary: $18.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $23.00 per hour
