What We’re Looking For:
Licensing:
Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Dental Board as a Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
Experience:
1+ years of experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
Patient-Focused:
Ability to build rapport and educate patients on oral health
Attention to Detail:
Strong knowledge of oral health, including identifying potential issues and recommending treatments
Team Player:
Flexible, collaborative, and able to work efficiently in a busy practice
Coachability:
Open to feedback and embraces continuous improvement
Growth Mindset:
Always looking to learn and expand your skillset
Responsibilities:
Provide professional dental cleanings and periodontal care
Assess patients' oral health and identify issues or potential concerns
Take and develop X-rays as needed
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in developing individualized patient care plans and follow‑up protocols
Post out treatment rendered and schedule recare appointments
Maintain accurate patient records
Manage inventory and ensure hygiene rooms are well‑stocked
Excellent communication skills and patient care

Hours for Position:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:15 AM to close of business
Office Business Hours
Mondays/Wednesdays: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Compensation:
$52-$55 per hour; based on experience
