What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Dental Assistant (Required)
Adaptability: Able to handle a busy, dynamic schedule with grace and professionalism
Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Coachability: Open to feedback and embraces continuous improvement
Growth Mindset: Always looking to learn and expand your skillset
Team Player: Brings positive energy and a can-do attitude to the workplace
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
Enter treatment plans recommended to patients by the dentist
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Provide patients with post-operative instructions and excellent care
Manage inventory and ensure clinical areas are well-stocked
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling as needed
Excellent communication skills and patient care
Position Details:
Location: North Phoenix, AZ 85024
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00AM to close of business
Office Business Hours
Mondays/Wednesdays: 8:00AM-6:00PM
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:00AM-4:00PM
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour; based on experience
