Job Requirements

Lead by example and consistently follow all company policies and procedures.

Navigate addresses within the designated delivery area and multi‑story buildings.

Operate a vehicle safely in adverse weather conditions.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude and conform to uniform standards.

Work independently and collaborate with team members.

Meet high quality control standards in fast‑paced settings.

Job Duties

Perform all duties assigned to Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Experts.

Train and supervise team members.

Maintain appropriate staffing levels during your shift.

Manage inventory and control cash.

Complete required reports.

Carry out additional tasks as directed by the General Manager and higher‑level leadership.

Essential Functions / Skills

Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.

Provide correct monetary change.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.

Have strong hand‑eye coordination.

Receive instructions and complete tasks within specified timeframes.

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods; walk or run briskly between store and delivery vehicle.

Lift up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Climb ladders and navigate stairs during cleaning or maintenance.

Crouch, bend, and reach frequently.
