Human Resources Executive

Base Pay Range $28.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Requirements Location: In Office, Urbandale

Schedule: 4-5 days per week, 1st shift (8-5 or 7-4), 40 hours a week

Responsibilities:

Support Managers within ISG by addressing employee situations

Assist with recruiting support

Process HR changes or requests

Support project work and change management

Support early talent programs with Interns and Students

Qualifications

Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, management, organizational design)

Years of Experience Required: 1-2 years in HR (HR generalist, recruiting, employee relations)

Desired skills: Involvement/desire to work within HR processing activities

Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities

Strong HRIS experience (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel

Highly comfortable pulling data and making business decisions based on data
