Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments. Keep accurate care records. Report any changes in resident conditions. Provide assistance to residents, ensuring safety.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Current and valid Medication Aide/Technician certification. Ability to relate and work with care of cognitively impaired residents. Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations related to long‑term care.
Nice to Have Med Tech experience providing direct care to multiple residents. Assisted Living environment experience with behavioral support.
