Flex Security Officers - On-Call - $16/hr
Sunstates Security is currently hiring Flex Security Officers in the Hanson and Henderson, KY area. This position offers a pay rate of $16/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements
Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
Must be flexible and team oriented.
1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
Exceptional report‑writing skills.
Must be reliable.
Responsibilities
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP.
Act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and SOP.
Flex Officer Explanation The Flex Officer position provides trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes, enabling continuous service while protecting employee work balance.
Scheduling Expectations
Train at various posts based on operational need; assignments may vary.
Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary based on operational need.
Assignments may change; shifts may be scheduled in advance or called on short notice.
You are expected to work any shift scheduled in advance that falls within your availability.
For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called.
Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.
