Overview PURE Oral Surgery is looking for someone who is highly skilled and outgoing to fill our Front Desk role! As Patient Concierge you will represent the first point of contact with our patients and will perform essential front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking patients in, and other duties as assigned. This position requires someone who excels in a fast paced, dynamic environment who has exceptional multitasking skills, loves interacting with customers and making a positive impact, and is driven to see the success of the entire team!

Responsibilities
Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments
Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's portion of dental treatment costs
Assist with uniforms, and ad hoc reporting, as directed
Tracks all required clinical licenses and certifications to ensure compliance
Prepares and maintains new-employee files and documents
Assists with incident reporting and ensures proper documentation and adherence to protocol
Support clinical staff as needed
Qualifications
High-school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer facing role in office setting
Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred but not required
1 year or more customer service experience
