As a Sales Advisor, you’ll provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store, selling products, and supporting them with fashion and product knowledge. You will also manage garment refill & care, presentation, and help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
Engage with customers to remain conversational and deliver great service.
Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products across all areas of the store.
Effectively promote and sell our products.
Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives.
Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.
Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive displays following visual and commercial guidelines.
Ensure adequate stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Upkeep and follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools.
Support opening and closing activities of the store.
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors.
Share relevant information about products with customers.
Team & Development
Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
Provide and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each other.
Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses relevant to the role and future development.
Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
Support garment presentation and execution.
Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools.
Support store opening and closing.
Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.
Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and store experience.
Motivated by providing customers with a great experience.
Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries.
