General Cleaner Job Details
Location: Downtown Richmond
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hrs/week)
Job Duties
Consistently provide a clean, secure, and safe environment for facility occupants.
Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
Effectively and cost‑efficiently execute the cleaning plan.
Work productively with ServiceMaster team members.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to requests and concerns.
Job Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum age 16+ years.
Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
Effective communication with client contacts, building occupants, and co‑workers.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a team member.
Strong work ethic and determination to get the job done.
Physically capable of standing the entire shift and performing tasks involving walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
