Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles. Demonstrated passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching. Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team. Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets. Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship. Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check. Active driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits
Comprehensive classroom and field training program. Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, short sales cycle – 3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
