Job Summary We're seeking licensed Health Insurance agents for our rapidly growing team in Tampa, Florida. You will assist clients and families in the education, comparison, plan selection and enrollment process for Medicare and health insurance products. Your day will involve inbound and outbound phone calls. The role is performed in office and is for motivated sales individuals.
Responsibilities • Educate customers on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, subsidized health plans, traditional health, short‑term medical and ancillary products.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to qualify prospects and enroll clients.
• Use CRM and other systems to track calls, follow‑ups and performance metrics.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance standards.
Candidate Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to commute to Tampa office
Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability
Clean work history and ability to pass a background check
Proficiency with computers and CRM software
Excellent time‑management skills
Goal‑oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed established sales standards
Ability to pass annual certifications such as AHIP or FFM
Knowledge of products after training
Experience with inbound and outbound phone sales preferred
Ability to work independently with sound business judgment and strong communication skills
People‑oriented, customer‑focused and assertive in building new client relationships and servicing existing clients
1 yr+ Medicare or ACA sales preferred
Bi‑lingual Spanish is a plus
