Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities such as bathing, bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication or administering treatments, and housework.
Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion.
Help customer achieve agreed‑upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.
Provide written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform.
Observe the customer's condition and monitor surroundings to ensure customer safety and success, including monitoring equipment and materials.
Perform other duties as assigned.

General Requirements for All ICM Employees
Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision.
Follows all ICM policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and asks for clarification and explanation when needed.
Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations.
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).
Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
Work Schedule Sheridan, AR; Every other week; 40 hour flex.
