Primary Responsibilities:
Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
Helping customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands, and serve as a companion.
Assisting customers to achieve agreed‑upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community.
Providing written daily updates of each shift's activities using an online platform.
Observing the customer's condition and monitoring the surroundings to ensure safety, including monitoring equipment and materials.
Performing other duties as assigned.

General Requirements for All ICM Employees:
Understands and endorses ICM's mission and vision.
Follows all ICM policies, procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and asks for clarification and explanation when needed.
Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations.
Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education).
Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
