Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
CreekView Health Center seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in our newly constructed 5-star CMS rated health center, which offers assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. The CNA will assist licensed nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
Perform personal care services within the framework of the resident’s activities of daily living and functional abilities.
Document all information pertaining to each assigned resident accurately and timely; record meal percentages, intake and output, and report significant changes to the charge nurse every shift.
Transport residents to and from activities, meals, and therapy as indicated.
Participate in all required in‑services and additional training programs, meeting all state recertification requirements and submitting required documentation.
Work as a team player, assisting other staff members when help is needed and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Completed Certified Nursing Assistant competency program with current California certification.
One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
