Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
to join Golden Heights Healthcare in Daly City, California. As a CNA, you will provide quality patient care in an environment that promotes resident rights, dignity, and independence.
Pay Range Base pay:
$23.00/hr
–
$26.00/hr . Sign‑on bonus:
$3,000 .
Job Summary Golden Heights Healthcare is seeking a
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
to provide nursing support and aid residents with daily living activities while respecting their autonomy and encouraging their overall well‑being.
Essential Functions
Answer signal lights promptly.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
Serve and collect food trays, and feed residents who require help.
Transport residents using a wheelchair or wheeled cart and assist them to walk.
Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance.
Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight as directed.
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Education, Licensure, & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
Minimum of three months’ prior Nursing Assistant experience in long‑term care preferred.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
