Maintain accurate and thorough daily documentation of all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Precisely transcribe physicians’ orders onto MARs and treatment sheets, ensuring fidelity to the plan of care.
Coordinate with pharmacy for new orders, refills, and medication changes.
Prepare, safely administer, and document all medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, performing other essential nursing duties assigned by the Director of Nursing.
