Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Weekends
Location: Carthage Center, Carthage, NY
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Sign‑on bonus: $7,500.
Shift Times Mornings: 7 am – 7 pm Evenings: 7 pm – 7 am
Responsibilities
Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
Manage documentation of resident care services.
Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 3 years of Long‑Term Care experience required.
Should be a strong and positive team leader for all staff.
Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
