as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for evening shifts. This role is based at the Carthage Center in Carthage, NY.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00 / yr – $90,000.00 / yr
Now offering a $7,500 sign‑on bonus.
Shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full‑Time
Duties
Complete resident‑care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
Manage documentation of resident‑care services.
Promote a cooperative relationship among health‑care teams.
Requirements
Must hold a valid RN license.
Minimum three years of long‑term‑care experience required.
Strong and positive team‑leadership skills for all staff members.
Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
