Interventional Radiologist
to join our established practice in Fargo, North Dakota. Required to have completed IR/DR subspecialty training by the time of employment.
Part of a multi-specialty hospital group that currently includes 4 Interventional Radiologists and 24 Diagnostic Radiologists.
Call Ratio (No stroke call): Weekdays - 1:5 / Weekends - 1:5 / Rotate Holidays
Practice is approximately 80-90% IR with procedures and clinic.
Robust clinic is managed by multiple APPs.
Types of procedures performed: Arterial and Venous Interventions; Aortic Interventions including EVAR; Interventional Oncology; Hepatobiliary; Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty; Trauma (Level 1 Trauma Center); TIPS; Pediatrics; and more.
The group is excited to train motivated IR doctors in procedures in which they feel they need additional expertise.

Competitive compensation package includes:
Compensation floor of $725,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
