Job Title: Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Chemotherapy
Shift / Schedule
Day Shift
5x8-hour shifts
Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Oncology RN experience
Travel nursing experience required
Certifications Required
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Chemotherapy Certification (ONS / ONCC Advanced)
Charting System
Epic EMR experience required
Patient Population / Diagnoses
Care for patients with all cancer diagnoses
Includes malignant and non‑malignant hematologic conditions
Unit Details / Responsibilities
Administration of chemotherapy and immunotherapy in an outpatient setting
Patient assessment, education, and symptom management
Adherence to oncology safety standards and protocols
Important Location Restriction
Facility does not contract travelers residing in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Posted job title: Registered Nurse/Chemo.
