Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time 1st Shift

The role is based at Cedarburg, WI. You will work under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, providing coordinated care for residents/patients, managing safety, and supervising nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, implement, and evaluate residents/patients' plans of care.
Manage the environment to maintain safety and quality of care.
Supervise nursing assistants in care activity performance.
Follow Center policies and state Nurse Practice Act.
Required Education and Experience
Licensed in the state as an LPN.
Current CPR certification.
Proficiency in using supplies and equipment such as feeding pumps, oxygen, medication cart, etc.
Ability to calculate drug dosages.
Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
Ability to communicate positively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff.
Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English; basic computer knowledge.
