Job Description We are looking for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills to join a rapidly growing team. The role is entry‑level, but offers a clear path to advancement, from additional store responsibilities to management, corporate operations, or franchise ownership.

Job Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older.

General Job Duties

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Communication Skills

Comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions & Skills

Quickly perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and make correct monetary change.

Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Coordinate motor skills for accurate, rapid movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Exposure to varying weather, in‑store temperatures, fumes, and cornmeal dust. Handle hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F and sharp edges. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb, stoop, bend, crouch, squat, reach, and perform hand tasks as described in detail below.

Physical Requirements (Summary)

Standing:

Most tasks performed from a standing position.

Walking:

Short distances, short durations.

Sitting:

Paperwork completed at desk or table.

Lifting:

Deliveries of up to 50 lbs may be lifted and stacked up to 72” high.

Carrying:

Large cans (≈3 lbs), pizza sauce (≈30 lbs), and trays of dough (≈12 lbs) carried as needed.

Pushing:

Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lbs.

Climbing:

Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.

Stooping/Bending:

Forward bending at station; repeat 30‑45 s continuously during day.

Crouching/Squatting:

Occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.

Reaching:

Continuous upward, downward, forward.

Hand Tasks:

Continuous eye‑hand coordination; frequent forceful use of forearms and wrists.

Equipment:

Use of computer, telephone, calculator, pizza cutter, peel, rolling cutter.
