We’re looking for a customer service representative to provide friendly, efficient service to our customers. This role includes preparing and delivering orders, managing telephone orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The position is part or full time, with flexible schedules suitable for students and others.

Job Requirements

You must be 16 years of age or older.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written and verbal instructions.

Ability to make correct monetary change.

Basic computer skills and ability to use a touchscreen or keyboard to enter orders.

Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

General Job Duties

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills

Add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately (calculator may be used).

Make correct monetary change.

Possess verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+ in some areas. Sudden temperature changes, food odor fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts are present. Skills required include talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, and distinguishing between hot and cold surfaces.

Physical Requirements

Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position; work surfaces 36"–48".

Walking: Short distances for short durations.

Sitting: Paperwork completed at a desk or table.

Walking & lifting: Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds, lifting cases to shelves up to 72".

Carrying: Large cans, pizza sauce, pizza dough trays (up to 12 lb each). Pushing & pulling of trays via dollies (up to 7.5 lbs force).

Climbing: Occasionally navigate stairs or ladder.

Stooping/Bending: 30–45 sec repeats at pizza assembly station and front counter; bending down required.

Crouching/Squatting: Occasional for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.

Reaching: Continuously up, down, forward; up to 72" overhead; up/down for tasks.

Hand Tasks: Use forearms and wrists forcefully; manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Use of pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and rolling cutter.
