Job Description
American Traveler seeks an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department assignment requiring current ACLS and BLS certifications and a MO or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
Work in the Emergency Department (ED) of a hospital setting
Night shifts (3x12 hours), 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Floating to other units required as needed
Must be able to take call as needed
Expected to work at least 50% of holidays during contract
Weekend shifts are assigned
Must be willing and able to work assigned weekends and at least half of contract holidays
Local candidates are accepted within a 75-mile radius, typically at a reduced rate
All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application
Free onsite CPI Blue Card training available for those required
Preferred EMR is Cerner
Requirements
Active MO or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in Emergency Department
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
First‑time travelers will not be considered for this position
Must be able to fulfill the duration of assigned shifts and contract
Cerner charting experience preferred but not required
