Base Pay Range $2,443,056.00/yr – $2,462,426.00/yr
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Perform facility maintenance work in support of airport operations.
Carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or locksmith tasks as required.
Assist in the inspection, repair, and upkeep of airport facilities.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in facility trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or locksmith.
Ability to recognize and identify differences in colors, shapes, sounds, odors, and textures to detect equipment malfunctions or overheating.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Physical and Sensory Requirements
Exert regular and sustained heavy physical effort, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, carry, push, and pull moderately heavy objects (20–50 lb) and occasionally up to 100 lb.
Recognize and identify differences in colors, shapes, sounds, odors, and textures.
Experience and Eligibility
Three years of experience in the facilities maintenance trade.
Veteran preference points: DD‑214 submission required.
City residents: five‑point preference; additional point if other preference qualifies.
