Responsibilities
Work on weekends (Nights – Friday & Saturday, Days – Saturday & Sunday) with WOW days and earn premium pay and shift differential.
Under direction and supervision, provide patient care, focusing on safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.
Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit and promote professional development with evidence-based practice and education.
Delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff where appropriate.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care in partnership with leadership.
Mentor/precept non-licensed staff and students.
