Compensation Base pay: $48.00‑$55.00/hr (days) – $53.00‑$60.00/hr (weekend days). Monthly bonus opportunity up to $9,000/year + generous shift differentials.
Responsibilities
Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey.
Utilize the nursing process in accordance with SPBH’s philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles.
Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program and hold a valid Washington State RN license. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least three years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility.-
Exceptional crisis management, time‑management, and multitasking skills; calm, organized, professional demeanor in stressful situations.
