Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and support postpartum mothers and newborns during hospital stay and discharge planning.
Educate families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum health.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
Provide emotional support and respond to patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
