About the Role We are an established interventional pain clinic currently transitioning into a regenerative medicine practice. Our clinic treats commercially insured patients with musculoskeletal pain, joint degeneration, and spine-related conditions. We focus on function-based rehab that complements advanced biologic therapies such as PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and prolotherapy.
We’re hiring a result-oriented Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients heal through movement—not surgery—and who thrives in a high-quality, metrics-driven clinical environment.
The Physical Therapist will practice independently with a strong emphasis on regenerative modalities. This includes the use of shockwave therapy, laser therapy, aquatic therapy using an underwater treadmill, dry needling, cupping, and other state-of-the-art interventions. You will have the autonomy to implement a multi-modal, evidence-informed approach to pain management and rehabilitation, giving patients non-surgical, high-value treatment options tailored to their needs.
Join a forward-thinking team treating commercially insured patients with a focus on non-surgical joint preservation, spine rehab, and active recovery pathways for chronic pain and degenerative conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and chronic pain patients using progressive rehab protocols
Deliver 5–6 treatment units per 45-minute session for high-value care
Coordinate care with physical therapist assistants (PTAs) when appropriate
Maintain 12 average visits per referral, with chronic pain patients needing up to 36
Integrate DME, bracing, and reevaluations into care plans when clinically appropriate
Collaborate closely with physicians performing PRP, prolotherapy, and interventional injections
Complete timely documentation and maintain excellent patient communication
Track and meet clinic KPIs: total units billed, cancellations, documentation rates
Patient Population
Acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain (spine, hips, knees, shoulders)
Joint degenerative changes in active adults
Post-injection rehab for PRP, prolotherapy, or joint injections
Active aging and athletic individuals seeking non-surgical solutions
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (Michigan)
Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient ortho or chronic pain experience preferred
Strong interest in regenerative medicine, movement science, and manual therapy
Comfortable working in a performance-based clinical model
Open to collaborative care and innovative protocols
Familiarity with tools like BFR and dry needling is a plus
What We Offer
New modern clinic in Farmington Hills launching soon
Low-volume, high-quality care model (no rehab mill)
Direct collaboration with physicians and proceduralists
Competitive pay + bonus structure aligned with clear clinical KPIs
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, retirement plan, paid time off, and employee assistance program
Leadership opportunity in a growing regenerative rehab program
CEU support and growth in emerging biologic and non-surgical rehab
Supportive team, modern documentation systems, and opportunity to make a real impact
How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you're interested in regenerative rehab.
