Who We’re Looking For We want a coordinator who doesn’t wait for clashes but anticipates them, drives resolutions, and keeps models aligned with fabrication and field realities. You’re curious, confident without arrogance, and already leveraging Revit, ACC, and advanced BIM tools to work smarter and faster. You’re the calm in the coordination storm, someone who earns trust through action and builds strong relationships across design, fab, and field teams. If you can juggle model updates, lead clash meetings, and keep the big picture in focus, you’re the kind of force multiplier we need to drive our virtual construction processes forward. Our VCS footprint spans multiple project sites, with this role based in Vancouver, WA.

What You’ll Do As our VCS Coordinator, you’ll lead the coordination and implementation of Virtual Construction Systems (VCS) workflows, ensuring seamless integration of design, fabrication, and construction for HVAC, plumbing, piping, process, and electrical projects. This isn’t just a modeling role—it’s about leadership, execution, and cross‑discipline collaboration.

Pay Range: $30–$60 per hour (DOE), FLSA non‑exempt (OT eligible).

Here’s a deeper dive into what you’ll take on:

Standards & Process Excellence

Develop, implement, and maintain templates, standards, and best practices for virtual construction processes to enhance project efficiency.

Drive team efficiency by implementing streamlined workflows, ensuring model accuracy, and maintaining organized documentation in a fast‑paced environment.

Training & User Support

Provide advanced user support and training to project teams on Revit, ACC, and VCS tools, ensuring effective adoption and utilization across disciplines.

Act as a proactive, visible liaison between VCS and project teams, bridging technical and field needs to align on priorities and solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Foster strong relationships with the extended JH Kelly team, proactively engaging with designers, fabricators, field staff, and external stakeholders to drive innovation and project success.

Monitor coordination metrics and feedback to continuously improve VCS processes and project outcomes.
