Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Martinsburg, WV, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining home loans, providing expert guidance on mortgage products, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role includes diligently managing the loan application process, ensuring timely correspondence, and collaborating closely with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan closure.
Qualifications
Experience in roles related to Loan Officers, Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending
Solid background in Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building relationships and assisting clients
Effective communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of local real estate markets and mortgage regulations is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the mortgage lending process
High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred
