Speech Language Pathologist (School based)
Full‑time Speech Language Pathologist position offering a $4,000 joining bonus, with a 10‑month schedule including 2 months off for summer, a week each for spring and Thanksgiving breaks, and a 2‑week winter break, all paid along with PTO and sick leave.
The SLP will collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to serve K-12+ students using AAC and with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing direct and consultative therapy, evaluating students, developing IEPs, programming and maintaining AAC devices, participating in MDT and IEP meetings, and documenting progress. The role requires maintaining accurate records, submitting reports timely, and complying with policies.
Qualifications include a Master's in Speech‑Language Pathology, valid state certification and license, and eligibility for Medicaid billing. Preferred qualifications include AZ Hearing Screening certification.
The position offers a salary of $90,000/year with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
