Job Description
Coordinates and maintains the Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement program for the organization, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Supports LENS board utilization as a tool for unit culture in clinical and support departments by training and monitoring effective usage.
Coordinates High Reliability training programs for new leaders.
Assists in efforts to improve and streamline processes and workflows of the organization.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements Bachelor's (Required)
Lean Bronze Certification - Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $30.53 - $56.78
