RN: $36 - $40/hour | LPN: $32 - $36/hour
About the Role Beach Breeze Rehab and Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced
RN/LPN Supervisor
to join our leadership team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, provide staff support, and ensure our residents receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Ensure nursing staff adhere to job responsibilities and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Assist with facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, maintaining readiness and compliance.
Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance, promote best practices, and support clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Current, valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long‑term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
