Seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated healthcare team in New York, NY.
Provides primary care services to a diverse patient population.
Collaborates with specialists and utilizes electronic health records to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational and collaborative skills.
Proficiency with electronic health records.
Commitment to team-based clinical care.
Passion for improving quality of care.
Qualifications:
Diploma from an accredited NP or FNP program with a Master's degree in a health-related field.
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP).
Valid New York Medical License.
Preferred clinical experience post NP or FNP certification.
Experience with Article 28 and PCMH preferred.
