We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse (RN) in the ED Behavioral Health department, full-time position located in Santa Fe, NM.
Responsibilities
Assessing and managing patients with behavioral health needs in a fast‑paced emergency setting
Providing compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care and crisis intervention
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Monitoring patient safety and ensuring compliance with protocols
Educating patients and families about treatment options and discharge instructions
Skills Required
Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Knowledge of behavioral health and emergency nursing protocols
