$28.65 – $36.05 per hour (based on experience and licensure)
Overview Center for Human Development (CHD) has nearly 50 years of experience serving the community. We prioritize a continuum of care with a holistic, whole‑person view. This location addresses the unique and diverse needs of individuals living at the intersections of poverty, justice involvement, and/or substance use.
Responsibilities
Lead person‑centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with licensed clinicians, nurses, housing specialists, peer/family specialists, direct care, and residential staff to provide evidence‑based services supporting treatment goals.
Implement and maintain electronic health records.
Work on‑site and maintain reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy.
Licensed or license‑eligible (LICSW, Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.D., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Current CANS certification preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are encouraged; pay differential for bilingual skill.
