We are seeking a
2nd shift Production Supervisor
in
Monroe County, Wisconsin , to join their leadership team and develop their management skills. This company is a well‑known food manufacturer that has been providing fresh locally processed, high‑quality products for 30+ years.
Responsibilities
Manage and coach the team to success, ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
Collaborate with other night shift departments.
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator.
Ensure safety of all employees.
Troubleshoot and work with Maintenance team.
Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility, preferably dairy.
Highly motivated, with great communication and leadership skills.
Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform all manufacturing operations.
Familiarity working with data management programs.
Strong understanding of GMP's and Food Safety.
Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive.
